EBSI Contact Points — Privacy Statement

This statement covers personal data processed when you contact EBSI Contact Points — designated representatives within Europeum EDIC member administrations who answer EBSI-related queries from the public, candidates, and partners.

Why?

To register and respond to your contact request, route it to the appropriate Europeum EDIC member representative or service team, and document the response for follow-up.

Legal basis

Performance of a task carried out in the public interest under Regulation (EU) 2018/1725, plus your consent for non-essential processing (e.g. newsletter or follow-up campaigns).

What we collect

• Your name and contact (email, optionally phone)
• Organisation / role
• Subject and content of your message

Who has access?

• Coordinating Europeum EDIC staff, on a need-to-know basis

Retention

Contact records are retained for the duration of the active correspondence plus a defined retention period for audit; thereafter they are anonymised or deleted.
