This statement covers personal data processed when you visit the EBSI website.
Why is your personal data processed?
To allow you to access the EBSI website, news, public documentation and the EBSI service catalogue. Authenticated areas (Confluence, EU Login) carry their own privacy notices.
Legal basis
Performance of a task carried out in the public interest under Regulation (EU) 2018/1725.
What personal data is collected?
- Technical session data (IP address, browser fingerprint, language)
- If you authenticate: EU Login account identifier and authorised attributes
- Cookies — strictly necessary by default; optional analytics only with explicit consent
The EBSI website is not meant to store or process sensitive information. User access rights are configured to ensure that restricted information is not accessible to unwanted parties.
Recipients
- EBSI website administrators (Europeum EDIC)
- External providers strictly as needed (CDN, threat protection)
Retention
Server log data is retained for the period required to ensure security and legal compliance; analytics data (with consent) according to the EBSI cookie policy.
