Is it currently possible to do the following with EBSI?

1. Deploy smart-contracts to EBSI
2. Obtain a jwt in order to be able to send BESU raw transactions to EBSI

At the moment only the EBSI team is authorized to deploy smart contracts. What kind of smart contracts you're missing?

It is not possible to send BESU raw transactions, all updates must go through the EBSI API's.
