The 5 MSA Terms
Each term below describes the good-faith expectation. None of these terms are legally enforceable; they are guidance for working within the EBSI ecosystem under Europeum EDIC stewardship.
Term 01 — Services Scope
EBSI and its related Service Offering are defined and described in the official EBSI web portal. If a Client requests a Service which was not initially foreseen within EBSI, this specific Service can be addressed through the EBSI governance as per the DIGITAL Europe work programme.
Term 02 — Service Modification
Any modification of the Service Offering, the related Service Level Agreements (SLAs), or the Master Service Arrangement must be presented to the Operational Management Board (OMB) to inform Clients (or third parties).
Term 03 — Compliance with the EBSI Governance
The Solution Provider (Europeum EDIC) and the Client must work within the EBSI governance processes and procedures as per the DIGITAL Europe work programme.
Term 04 — Financial Implications
The Master Service Arrangement does not of itself create any financial obligations.
