Sprint Cadence
- Sprint Duration: 2 weeks
- Sprint Planning: First Monday
- Daily Standup: 09:30 CET
- Sprint Review: Last Friday
- Retrospective: Last Friday (after review)
Ticket → Backlog Flow
- Ticket created → auto-classified (ITIL)
- If enhancement → added to Product Backlog
- Sprint Planning → selected items moved to Sprint Backlog
- Implementation during sprint
- Sprint Review → demo to stakeholders
- Done → ticket resolved
Kanban Board (Views)
- Backlog → views filtered by 'sprint_backlog' tag
- In Progress → assigned + open status
- Review → 'Under Review' custom status
- Done → solved
