Tracking Your Tickets
Once you submit a request through our Help Center, you can track its progress at any time.
Steps
- Go to My Requests
- Sign in with your account
- View all your open, pending, and resolved tickets
- Click any ticket to see the full conversation and status updates
Ticket Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Your ticket is being worked on by our team |
| Pending | We're waiting for your response |
| Solved | The issue has been resolved |
| Closed | Ticket is archived (auto-closes 4 days after solved) |
Need to follow up? Simply reply to any open or pending ticket.
