Submitting a Request
To submit a support request:
- Click Submit a request in the top navigation
- Select the appropriate form type
- Fill in the required fields
- Attach relevant files
- Click Submit
Request Categories
- General Support — 72h SLA
- Access Requests — 72h SLA
- DID Registration — 24h SLA
- Trusted Issuer Onboarding — 24h SLA
- Bug Report — 8h SLA
- Change Request — 24h SLA
