Outside service hours, please raise your ticket via the web portal — it will be picked up at the start of the next working day.
What information should I provide?
- Clear description of the incident, request, or request for change
- Affected environment (Production / Pre-Production / Pilot)
- Affected node hostname (if applicable)
- Steps to reproduce / time of first observation
- Severity assessment from your side (P1 Critical → P4 Low — see Issue Resolution Priorities (P1–P4))
Out of scope
End-user support of your citizens / customers — that remains the responsibility of the Europeum EDIC Member or Application Service Provider.
