The NOOB (Node Operators Operational Book) defines eight standard procedures covering the day-to-day lifecycle of an operator. Each procedure has a code (3PSxx), an SLA window, and a trigger event that activates it. Click any row to open the full procedure.
| Code | Procedure | SLA | Trigger |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3PS01 | Node Operator Signing | 24h | New node onboarding |
| 3PS03 | Connection Request | 24h | Network connectivity |
| 3PS04 | Incident Management | 4h | Security incident detected |
| 3PS05 | Vulnerability Management | 4h | CVE published |
| 3PS06 | Risk Management | 24h | Risk assessment |
| 3PS07 | Support Request Management | 24h | Annual review |
| 3PS08 | Configuration Management | 8h | Config change required |
| 3PS09 | Deploy Management | 8h | Software update |
When a procedure is activated
You receive a notification (email + dashboard banner). The SLA window above starts ticking from the moment the trigger event is detected. Respond inside the window — your operator dashboard shows the time remaining for each open procedure under Awaiting you.
